1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The delivery timeframe is between 3-21 working days. As we have a small warehouse, certain products are available for immediate dispatch and others are dispatched directly from our suppliers.
Other items may take slightly longer to deliver If an item is available for express delivery, it will be clarified on the product page.

2. DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE IRELAND & THE UK?
As well as Ireland the the UK, we also offer deliver to other countries in Europe which include Italy and France.
3. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?
Please note, there are absolutely no customs charges for any of our customers based in the Republic of Ireland or EU countries.
4. IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Some items that happen to be out of stock may have a release date. This can be seen above the product description.
If the item you wish to order is out of stock and has no release date, please contact us and we will contact the supplier for an estimated date.

If on the rare occasion you happen to receive an item that is damaged, we would request that you take photos of the damaged item and email them to sales@5lampslighting.ie
